My weight wasn’t low or anything. I’m 5ft6in, and was 125lbs at my thinest about a year ago. I had some health problems with my thyroid, and leaky gut which made me gain and lose for a while. After getting a lot better, I finally evened out at 130lbs.
After starting crossfit, I’m about 135lbs. But my jeans are loose, my mucsles are starting to pop out, my body fat has seriously dropped, and I can deadlift, and squat twice as much as I could before.
Best part? IT HASN’T EVEN BEEN A MONTH OF CROSSFIT! Amazing!!!
